Dry Aged Beef, from The Restaurant at Meadowood. It’s a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Napa Valley, CA.
This dish looked fantastic – unfortunately I am just not a beef guy. The meat was really flavorful, but just a bit dry for my tastes. I would definitely go back again though!
